Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We offer free delivery on all our items and aim send your order out within 48hrs (Mon-Fri).
Gift Hampers and larger orders are sent out via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service.
Smaller items such as personalised baby comforters, cards etc. are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

 As our gift boxes and hampers are made to order, we will require 24-48hrs to prepare your gift before it is ready to send, please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery option.

If requested we will send your gift directly to the recipient (we never include  paperwork) along with a personal message from you. Please advise us in the notes section at check out.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We cannot refund or exchange personalised goods unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
If the item was sent as a gift to you then we can only offer an exchange of goods to the original value. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually with 7 working days of receipt.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, please contact us at hello@harrietandgrace.co.uk
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@harrietandgrace.co.uk
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Harriet and Grace, 24 Strouden Avenue Bournemouth BH8 9HX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
