Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to process my order?

We will always try to make your order as soon as we receive it, however please allow us 48 hours to have it ready it send.  This also includes our personalised range of gifts.  You will need to take into account your chosen shipping time too.

How long will delivery take?

Once we have made your order it will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or 1st Class for smaller items and usually takes 1-3 days. 

We will work our hardest to have your order ready as soon as possible but once it has been sent, we are not able to control any possible delays with your chosen delivery service. We always advise to order in plenty of time if you need a gift by a certain date.

I want to customise a personalised item?

Many of our gifts are personalised with a name but if you would like to add something different such as different wording or colours, please get in touch as we will be happy to help.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes, we can send your gift straight to the recipient along with your message on a card.  We will never include any paperwork.

I have spelt the name wrong on my personalised item, what should I do?

Please contact us straightaway and if we have not made a start on your personalised item, we can change it.  Unfortunately, if it has already been made, we will be unable to change it.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At this moment we only send to UK addresses as the cost of shipping is now so high.  If you would like to send one of our gifts to another country, please get in touch and we can give you a quote.
